Returns & Refund Policy

At Smiling Coast Design, every piece is carefully handmade and many items are limited edition. Because of the handcrafted process, small variations may occur, making each item unique.

Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
Be unused
Be in original condition
Be returned in its original packaging

Non-returnable items
Due to the handmade and limited nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:
Custom or personalized items
Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
